Q: Can you make camera sunglasses with higher resolution and with video?
A: We cannot at this moment. Larger pixels, lens, and video require a higher power consumption CPU and a larger battery. They cannot fit into a normal sunglasses frame. The 1.3 mega pixel amera is right now the best choice.
-
Q: Why can't I take photos after I power on the camera sunglasses?
A: The system takes about 10 sec to get ready, indicated by a "beep" on the left earphone. It could also be a paring problem, try pairing the remote with the sunglasses. Follow "Pair with remote-control" in the
manual.
-
Q: Do I need to install the drivers from the CD?
A: No, unless your operating system is Windows 98.
-
Q: Why can't the computer recognize the camera sunglasses?
A: You need to power on the device. Please refer to "PC connection" in the
manual for more detail.
-
Q: Are free samples available for review and testing before placing orders?
A: No, samples are for charge. It is impossible for us to give out free samples since there are too many such requests. We will, however, refund your unsatisfied returned samples (not including the mailing charges). This is an easy and fair policy for both sides.
-
Q: Can the photos be at a lesser compression rate, like 300KB?
A: Around 100KB is the best balance between compression rate and the capture time. If the size is any larger, the camera would need a much longer time to take a picture and thus more susceptible to a capture failure. Therefore, around 100KB in size gets the best result with this 1.3 mega pixels camera.
-
Q: Why are the timestamps from the pictures inaccurate?
A: The camera sunglasses currently does not have a real time clock chip inside due to constrained space and thus cannot capture the correct time when the pictures were taken.
